The two-day event in early June features one-of-a-kind art, shopping, entertainment, food, car show and more. The event also hosts the CAP Council's Kid Fair with local health and human service agencies, a petting farm, free arts and crafts and live entertainment. The event is free. La Vita Bistro is in the process of expanding the restaurant and will be open for lunch all week with a fresh Italian market and wine. Part of the expansion includes outdoor garden seating with a cozy fireplace. The expansion will accommodate more seating in this busy little restaurant with private party capability as well.

    Lots of snow
    As January 2014 ends, we learn that we broke the record for snowfall in any January. More is coming as February starts. The Pinckney DPW does a great job in keeping the snow cleared. The ice skating pond in the downtown square is always ready to use in this cold weather.
