    After the excitement of Independence Day has died down, liven up your July with this spectacular car show! This year is Ann Arbor's 21st annual Rolling Sculpture Car Show where you can see amazing vehicles of every era! It is a free event to the public with a small fee to be an exhibit.

    Guests from all over come to see the show and there is a huge variety of over 300 cars from common to rare to exotic. It takes over the Main Street area of downtown and runs from 2:00-10:00 pm on July 10, 2015. I love being able to just walk around with the family listing to "hot rod" songs and enjoying the outdoors, this is one of my favorite events!

The lower level houses over 200 book categories as well as jewelry, and other gifts while the upper level has a cozy tea room with over 100 different teas. Whether you're browsing the books or sharing a pot of loose leaf tea, this is a great experience for the first time or frequent visitor.

    It's that time of year again! Kick off the new year with some new flavors during Ann Arbor restaurant week! Over 50 of the areas restaurants contribute in this fun and festive tradition! There are set menus and set pricing consistent with all restaurants however, you may also enjoy two for one deals at many of these establishments. Is there something you were afraid to try before? Try during restaurant week where only the best menu items are served and some even come in a sampler plate!
  • Every year, the Academy of Russian Classical Ballet has their annual Nutcracker Ballet! Held in early December, this is a wonderful, local, and less expensive alternative to the classic Russian Nutcracker Ballet in Detroit. This is a beautiful performance and is held in the the historic Michigan Theater. Tickets sell out fast, and you won't want to miss it!

    Ann Arbor has to bring a little of Michigan's finest beer into play with their beer tasting event "Micro Madness". Arbor Brewing Company hosts the event featuring dozens of beers for sampling paired with their appetizer buffet as well as door prizes! Visit the link below for details.

    This annual event brings a little bit of Nashville all the way to Ann Arbor. Held at the Ann Arbor Farmers Market, this outdoor concert series features musicians from both Ann Arbor and Nashville as well as food from both! Enjoy delicious Tennessee BBQ while shopping at the Ann Arbor Artisans Market or flea market. There will also be an open-mic after party for those who aren't ready to end the night. This event takes place August 20, 2015 from 5-9:30 pm.

    Townie Street Party
    To kick off one of Ann Arbor's most famous events (Ann Arbor Art Fair), we have the Townie Street Party! On Monday, July 13th from 5:00-9:30 pm, this pre-fair celebration thanks the city's residents for allowing us to host the AAAF by throwing the event in their honor. There is everything from a kid's art fair to live music. You can also enjoy all the townie-themed activities such as eating "townie-grub" or drinking at the "townie-pub." There is also the Dart for Art run open to the public! Bring the whole family for this event in preparation for the Ann Arbor Art Fair!

    The Event on Main
    The Event on Main is an annual fundraiser attended by the leaders and business owners of our community to help support University of Michigan hospitals. This event takes over Main Street with an upscale evening of food, live music, and dancing. In the past this event has supported the C.S. Mott Children's Hospital and Von Voigtlander Women's Hospital, while this year they plan to support the Charles Woodson Clinical Research Fund. This event is very beneficial for our community and always welcomes more sponsors.

    This event begins at the end of the Dexter-Ann Arbor run, literally!     The Ann Arbor Street Art Fair is by far the biggest annual event hosted in the City of Ann Arbor. Every year the fair brings in over half a million visitors in the four days it runs! People come in from all over the world to be part of this exciting occasion. It is an opportunity to see thousands of local and non-local vendors with unique varieties of art that you couldn't even imagine! Similar to other events in Ann Arbor the fair, of course, has amazingly good food and live music to go along with the enjoyment. Don't forget the sales all the downtown shops have! This is something you won't want to miss!
