    The community of Davisburg is one of the five communities located in Springfield Township. It was founded in 1836 and at one time was a stop on the Detroit and Milwaukee train route. It is currently a vibrant area with a lovely downtown and surrounding country setting. Springfield Oaks County Park is home to many festivals and events, including the Oakland County Fair and the Sins of Steel Traditional Car Show. The area's rolling countryside and close proximity to I-75 makes Davisburg an ideal residential choice.

    The Mill Pond Park and Hart Community Center offers something for everyone. There are tennis courts, shuffle boards, sand volleyball, horseshoe pits, basketball courts, a playground, picnic tables and a sandy beach area at the park. The beach is open Memorial Day through Labor Day.

    The Hart Community Center has a pavilion and a place for events. The hall holds up to 100 people and is available on a first come, first serve basis so book early! Available for private, community or business bookings.

    The Sins of Steel Traditional Car Show is a celebration of traditional hot rods, and cycles. The show is held annually on the Oakland County 4-H Fairgrounds. Customs and hot rods are to be traditional and '64 and older. Bikes are to be traditional style.This popular show includes many events including mini-bike racing, live bands, and of course a pin-up girl contest. The event happens every summer and there are also vendors for a swap meet and plenty of food for all.

    The Davisburg United Methodist Church is a landmark in Davisburg, Michigan. It was formed in 1846 and still is a vital part of the community today.
