    Bostwick Lake
    Bostwick Lake is one of about nine lakes situated in the rural yet cute city of Rockford. I became a member of the Bostwick Lake community and a Rockford resident in July of 2015. In the summer months you can find boating, swimming, jet skiers and paddle-boarders. In the winter you will find ice fishing, snowmobiling, sledding and kids just playing on the ice. The Bostwick Lake Inn is a staple to this community. Not only is the food delicious offering wood fire pizzas, to a sizzling steak, you can often find a band on the patio or ice activities during the winter. Another staple to locals and vacationers is the the Bostwick Bakery. You can find homemade donuts, breakfast and lunch sandwiches and a very friendly atmosphere. A great place to live and a great place to visit.

    Bostwick Lake is a private 217 acre lake surrounded by beautiful lake cottages, homes and trees that make this a very special place to live and raise a family in Kent County. The largest body of water in Cannon Township, this unique lake is located within the Bear Creek watershed and is connected to the headwaters of Bear Creek. It is the only lake in the Rockford Schools area with a classic lakefront restaurant, the Bostwick Lake Inn. Drive up by car or boat; it's a special place to watch the sunset over this spectacular lake. A fresh water playground, Bostwick Lake is known for boating, watersports, and great fishing! Only 20 minutes to Downtown Grand Rapids, shopping and many restaurants. Up North Living at its best in Kent County!
