    Indian Hill Colony Development
Indian Hill is a large inner city neighborhood located at the heart of Grand Blanc. The neighborhood is filled with character and charm and leaves you with a park like impression. The overhanging trees that line the hilly streets, allow glimpses of sunlight to pass through like you're in the northern woods. You will want to take evening and morning walks to take it all in as a lot of the current residents do.

The neighborhood was developed in and around the 1960's with homes that range from ranches to colonial style and everything-in-between. This community is mostly constructed of larger homes that have 3 to 4 bedrooms and usually 1,500 to 2,000 square feet or more. Expect these homes to be sold in the upper $100,000's to over $200K.

The Indian Hills residents take pride in lawn and home maintenance, which helps to make this neighborhood probably one of Grand Blanc's most sought after areas to live. However, the convenience contributes to the high demand, as you will see upon exiting, there is no lack of shopping, dinning, parks, or entertainment within walking distance from your new home.

Indian Hill is a cozy neighborhood nestled around Indian Hill Elementary School (the highest performing elementary in Grand Blanc). Sidewalks, trees, street lamps and well cared for homes line every road. This is not a neighborhood consisting of new builds and each home has its own unique charm. As a bonus, this community is within walking distance of downtown Grand Blanc.

Despite being so close to all community businesses and restaurants, this subdivision is tucked far enough away to feel like its own haven complete with a stream and access to Rust Park. A very special feature of this neighborhood is that it borders a nature area that residents use to walk their dogs, go for a run, or spend family time. It is not uncommon for any of these homes to sell quickly once listed. It is only a 5-15 minute drive from M-54,1-75, I-475, or US 23. You will feel welcomed in this neighborhood!
