Garfield Heidbreder Industrial Park on Hughes Drive is an 80-acre park located in Garfield Township with entries off North Garfield Road and Hammond Road. Downtown Traverse City is 5.5 miles north and west. Heading south on North Garfield Road; 611, leads to the bedroom communities of Buckley, Kingsley and Fife Lake. Hammond Road provides an easy east-west connection on the south side of Traverse City.

Logan Place West is an expansive commercial office complex located on South Airport Road, one of the main east-west traffic arteries in Traverse City.
