It was wonderful working with Kristin for our recent real estate purchase. She was very helpful working through the process and kept us informed on the progress. Kristin was extremely flexible on meeting us at the property when we wanted to see the home. She also recommended local contacts for insurance. We were probably Kristin's worst nightmare when it came to clients. We bid on a house, got it (thanks to her skill in the field), and then turned around the next morning and said that we didn't want it anymore. I was so worried when I called her to tell her that we had changed our minds, but she was incredibly understanding and sympathetic. Maybe it is just me, but buying a house has been one of the most stressful experiences of my life. You will want her by your side when you make this massive purchase. Also, I must add, we had an extremely tight deadline to get the bid in and Kristin made it happen and went above and beyond. She was speeding through Grand Rapids to get it in on time!I cannot recommend her enough, she is trustworthy and astute. You will NOT regret going with Kristin.

I cannot recommend Kristin enough! She not only helped us buy our dream home (which we got for UNDER asking ??) but she also helped us sell our house (which we got for OVER asking!). Kristin is a wonderful asset to anyone looking to purchase a home. As a home inspector, I interact with a number of realtors on a daily basis and there are many I would not recommend. In relocating to West Michigan, I reached out to a local inspector to ask for a realtor recommendation. He immediately referred me to Kristin. As a professional, Kristin is second to none.
