Shelley is great to work with. I was able to contact her for an ASAP showing of a house I wanted to look at that I scheduled last minute and she was able to make it to that showing with me with very little notice. She didn't try to up-sell me anything. She listened to all my wants/needs/concerns and gave it to me straight on everything. She pointed out areas of concern that I definitely wouldn't have thought of and I'm pretty savvy. I deferred to her on all things negotiation and don't regret it at all - she is a shrewd negotiator. Now I'm continuing to work with her to sell my place and she really knows her stuff and her market. I followed her suggestions and am getting great results. Would highly recommend.
