I recently moved to Grand Rapids from out of state and was referred to the May group. I got the pleasure with Ross Bacon. He was an absolute rock star of a realtor. Not being from the area he was able to give excellent recommendations and advice on the different neighborhoods and what they had to offer. When looking at houses he had a keen eye for issues that would need to be fixed, and he was able to give us an idea of how much the issue would cost to fix. When it came time to close and start some projects Ross had a lot of connections and referrals to places so we use. On top all this he is also a go getter and able to take quick action when needed!
