Trevor and his team went above and beyond to make sure we closed the deal on my house. I was in a very unique position and didn't have a lot of time left to sell and he did all the leg work for me so the stress was off my shoulders.He was very communicative about all possible pathways to get this done and straight forward with the process. I was in foreclosure and had a short windows to make this happen. Trevor contacted the mortgage company and got them to extend my foreclosure another 5 months so we had time to close a sale. On top of that he took a percentage of his commission off( and got the buyers realtor to do the same, so that we could close without me bringing money to the closing table. I couldn't have possibly done this without him and I'm forever appreciative for him and not giving up. He's a force to be reckoned with that's forsure. 11/10 would do again.
