In 2012, Tracie and her husband Tom launched their own brokerage, RE/MAX United, which expanded to a second location in 2015.     Buying a house can be stressful enough. Imagine doing it from out of state and site-unseen! Tracie and her team were amazing and extremely knowledgeable.     We had been attempting on our own for 6 months with well over 15 offers declined when we decided to reach out to Tracie. I had used her in the past and have had success with her. She sat down with us and explained what we need to do. She set up a profile and sent so many houses our way. It was a busy time for us, but we managed to look at 3 houses with her. After the hundreds we'd seen over the past few months, the first two were much of the same. She was honest with us in regards of asking prices and resale value which was very refreshing. The third house we looked at had already dropped in price and we both loved it. After showing the house she consulted the seller's realtor with an offer that she helped us produce and was calling us on our way home that they were going to present it to their client. We knew by 10:00 that night that it was accepted by the sellers. She texted us with a simple "you guys just bought a house!!" We didn't have to waive inspections or throw in any crazy extra money to ensure the purchase like we have been feeling pressured to do for months. Even after things were discovered in the inspection, she helped us negotiate terms so that we were able purchase this house and get what we needed done as well. I believe her reputation definitely helped in our situation immensely. Tracie and her team are reliable, honest, and caring and I would refer them to anyone looking for the best.
