Mr. Becke was a valuable partner in helping me to sell my sibling's home. Some of the things that stood out about him were obvious experience in real estate, knowledge of older architectures, and ability to negotiate with 3rd parties (the house needed a deep cleaning to make it saleable). Plus working with the title company for a smooth closing. It was a very positive experience. Thanks, John.

My husband and I were looking for a new home in the UP of Michigan. We were lucky enough to be connected with John who showed us a couple of properties however; neither of them turned out to be the right fit. We were made aware of another property, closer to the area we were hoping to make Home, and John went above and beyond to make time for us to see it. IT turned out to be our Dream Home. John was available at all times of the day and days of the week to assist with our every need. The negotiating process was unnerving and there were many (nearly) sleepless nights on our end, but John was there to assure us the entire way. The entire process in the end really went very fast and we cannot say Thank you enough to John for all of his hard work. If we have any friends or family that might consider moving to the beautiful UP, we certainly would recommend they call John Becke for help! Anyone reading this review, we cannot say enough great things about John. He will be there for you throughout the entire process.

John worked with my grandson and me in locating a property that will be used as a home and rental. Grandson is a first time property owner and local, while I am out of state, separated by 2,000 miles and 3 time zones. John's service was exemplarary, from the start including, Identifying potential properties, providing evaluation criteria, negotiating with the seller, working with tight/fluid timelines, etc. John communicated timely, consistently, and professionally. In summary, John is a credit to Remax, the Real Estate Industry, and the Marquette community. I hope to have an opportunity to work with him again.

John was everything I could have asked for as an agent. As a first time home buyer I was inexperienced in the process. There was no hesitation for John to work with me and he guided me through the whole process, making my first home buying experience pleasant and comfortable.

The home we selected went quick to contract and was a very very unique property that required a lot of additional research, coordination and contractual expertise and he led us through all of it without any worries or stress. John was purely amazing! When my husband and I first starting looking for a house he was still living eight hours away to finish up his job and I had just started my new job. John was able to navigate this strange, stressful time like a pro! He coordinated our schedules so that we could see houses at all different times of the day because of my busy work schedule and my husband not physically being present, while also maintaining contact with Both of us. Sometimes there were things that I would forget to mention on my rehashing of a house visit to my husband until the next day but when I would bring it up my husband would just say John had already mentioned it. He made the process so much more manageable and honestly I don't think many other people would have been able to do it with such quality like John.
