    Cheryl was outstanding, going above the call of duty regarding our home purchase.

    Our only suggestion would be regarding the lock-box; we came to the UP a day early in order to do a walk-through of the property, and couldn't get in due to the lock-box battery being dead. This should have been verified ahead of time, and a system to enter the property in place (more a function of the seller's realtor than of Cheryl).
