Rich is a great relator. He takes the time to inspect the house with you, and answers all questions. He is honest & will let you know what you need to do to win the house you offer on. We got very creative with our bid, but unfortunately got beat out by an all cash offer. Rich then showed us a surprise house which we LOVED and it fit us perfectly. We were able to get an offer accepted and moved in a month later! Rich is professional, will get you in to tour a house right away, and goes above & beyond to make sure things are good.
