Howie was the most amazing realtor I have every worked within my 40 years. In my case, the property we were selling was 2.5 hours away from my home. Howie went the extra mile with everything, even coordinating bids from contractors for us. Really great guy. Helped out with every single question and he always made sure to be available. Howie always showed up on time and worked around my busy schedule. Howard was knowledgeable, friendly, and kept us updated from start to finish. During our inspection a bad spot was found on the flat part of the back of our roof, Howie wrote an addendum for the seller to cover the cost of the repairs. Howard is now helping our son buy his first home as well.
