He is aggressive, but realistic. He was always very responsive, and guided us through all aspects of the buying process. He gave us good recommendations for inspectors who were also thorough. He also checked on the house for us regularly when our closing date got delayed (due to seller challenges that were resolved). Highly recommend Matt, he cares and works hard to be the best.
