Dawn was amazing. She is very organized and stay's on top of things. We purchased a home with Dawn's help while living in another state. She made many phone calls on our behalf, making sure that our closing went according to plan. It was a rush deal and she kept in touch with the lender, title company and house inspection while we were in another state. She went as far as having the drive way plowed on the day the movers were arriving. I hate to think what could have happened if we didn't have Dawn as our realtor with our timing issue.
