    Dunham Lake
    Pristine Dunham Lake, 110 acres of natural beauty, surrounded by pine, cedar, and hardwood trees is the pure essence of Michigan. Row your boat or paddle your kayak across this 125' deep lake and you won't have to worry about a speedboat heading in your direction, no motors allowed. Fishing is allowed on the all natural chemical free lake but hunting is not welcome. Take in some sunshine at either of the two sandy beaches or barbecue dinner at the neighborhood park. Walk the dog, cross country ski or take a stroll around the very private greenbelt.

    Despite the close to 400 homes in the vicinity, once you arrive at the lake the homes are nearly unseen. The neighborhood is lined with mature trees and every home is unique. This neighborhood, located in Highland Township in Northwest Oakland County and Hartland Township in West Livingston County is one of a kind, what a great place to spend your days.

    Dunham Lake
    Dunham Lake is a 110 acre, 125 foot depth, private, no-motor, glacial lake. A natural greenbelt surrounds approximately two-thirds of the lake and is deeded to the property owners. There are also two beaches and a main park with picnic tables, grills, playground equipment, basketball and volleyball courts. The neighborhood is located in Oakland County, Highland Township and Huron Valley School District. It is an eclectic neighborhood and the homeowners all share the camaraderie of the lake and greenbelt. Most of the homes were constructed in the 1970's and 1980's and have unique architecture. The neighborhood roads are paved and the association dues are very low considering the amenities. The neighborhood hosts such events as Concerts in the Park, Pig Roast, Triathlon and Haunted Trail to name a few. It is a great place to live!
