My fiancé and I received a card in the mail from Steve about his services. Since we decided to to combine households, we decided to sell my fiancés house in Grand Blanc and get a bigger house. Steve worked so hard for us, as we never met him and took a chance on his mailer! He was so accommodating, patient, and very honest in aiding us to get our dream home! And it happened. He sold my fiancés house rather quickly and we transitioned to our new home in Burton Estates right away. He made it such a smooth process and we placed our trust in him. Steve is very energetic, compassionate, and only wanted the best for us. The day of our closing (within a few short hours of signing closing documents) Steve allowed us a final walk through of our new home. My fiancé called me at work and said the hot water tank burst and the entire basement is flooded. I was devastated. We had the option to decline the closing, but Steve (dressed in his business attire) started to squeegee the basement! Here we are in an empty house with nothing. Steve even ran home and brought back fans to help the basement dry up! And he and my fiancé still made the appointment to close! After closing, almost 5 years ago, we still stay in close contact with Steve. He’s a friend to us now! Steve has also reached out to us several times over the years to check up on us! We had an issue in our new sub not getting the help we needed from the City. Steve came over with car wash coupons and he himself went to the city and was an advocate for us! We highly recommend Steve helping you sell and buy your house! I’m so thankful we took a chance on his mailer. Steve’s honesty went a long way with us. We also now consider him as a friend for life!
