Jim, is currently selling our home and negotiating a purchase for us on another. As soon as our house was under a purchase agreement (it was on the Market for a total of 8hrs) he had us out looking for another home; Literally the same day. Most realitors would schedule a few days out. Not Jim. The market was extremely competitive and he knew it. He also drew up two offers on seperate homes for us, in case our first choice fell through, we would be ready. He also gave helpful tips on how to fix small projects around our home to help with the sale. Additionally, he stopped over and put flowers on the porch to give more of an appeal for lookers. lastly, he is easy to contact and responds almost immediately. I would highly recommend Jim!!

Update: After almost 2 years of purchasing my home, Jim is still available and always helps me when I have questions! You're the best Jim!After working with a Realtor that was often unavailable when I was able to look at house and not seeming to really want to sell a house, I came across Jim who was more then willing to accommodate my needs and show me houses when I was available which was mostly during the evening or weekends. When I found a house I liked, many times I could call him and within a few hours we were viewing the home (if the home was unoccupied). If the home was occupied, we were able to look at it the next day. He also asks what you are looking for in a home and does his own research and finds homes you may be interested in seeing. He also knows the area and can tell you if it is area you would be happy with. He is knowledgeable of the home buying process and told me step by step what to expect. When we submitted the offer and it needed to be adjusted, Jim was right there working with the listing agent and the mortgage lender and didn't stop negotiating until the deal was accepted on terms that I was comfortable with. Jim will go out of his way to make the home buying experience a joyful one, not a stressful one. I highly recommend Mr Miller. You won't be disappointed!

Listed my home with Jim in early Spring 2013. Had an offer on the house on a Saturday and had the first contact to show the house the following day and an agreement to purchase by the following Wednesday. He gave me hints on how to prepare my home for viewing with tips of what to not show and what to show that buyers like to see or vice versa. The house was in good shape, but the tips were helpful.

He was knowledgable about the market and the area and he also helped me purchase my new home with recommendations for financing contacts as well.
