Chris was awesome! I'm a first-time buyer and had been looking for nearly a year when I closed on my condo a week ago. Chris was informative and knowledgeable, he gave his honest opinion of properties when I asked, and was always responsive. He helped me through the process of my first offer on a condo that ultimately didn't work out. He also helped me put in a competitive offer on the condo that I closed on, in addition to negotiating some repairs/maintenance found in the inspection. During the 30 days before closing, Chris and I maintained regular contact to make sure I understood the process and was prepared for each milestone.
