Mary Jo went above and beyond to help us find a home with a waterfront we wanted. She showed us lots and preexisting homes on numerous lakes around the Lower Peninsula in Michigan. At the beginning, we had no idea if we wanted a cottage, to build or to buy a house, but Mary Jo showed us all the options and walked us through all the steps to purchase a waterfront home.

When I needed to reach her with my questions she always got back with me promptly. My property sold faster than I ever expected and now I’m the buyer.
