Having been born in, and spending most of my life in Southeastern Michigan, I frequented Northern Michigan throughout childhood and adulthood falling in love with the area a little more each time I visited. I attended the University of Michigan, Michigan State University, and Thomas M. Cooley Law School. I have a Law, Business Administration, and Political Science degree. I am a family man with a beautiful and loving wife three-year old son and newborn daughter. I love all of the beauty, activities, and culture Michigan has to offer.

    I met Marshall by cold calling on one of his properties and immediately knew he was giving me great insight. He quickly helped me find my little piece of heaven up north. The purchase had many obstacles to overcome but he stuck with it and helped me close the deal going well beyond the scope of a normal realtor duties. Along the way he & Paul even became my friends.     Marshall Dines listed our home in Michigan and he was a pleasure to work with. The house was listed right before the COVID-19 lock down and Marshall Dines and Paul Schafer were still able to get the needed work done and we closed on our house in April of 2020.     Marshall helped my wife and I buy our first house in the summer of 2019

    Bought and sold a single family home in 2019 for approximately $675K in Epsilon, Petoskey, MI 49770.
    We contacted Marshall to help us find a higher end house in Petoskey’s gaslight district. We were immediately impressed with his responsiveness, professionalism, communication, and kindness. We live 5 hours away and if we weren’t able to see a new listing Marshall and his associate, Paul would tour the house and FaceTime us. Every email, text and phone call was returned within minutes.
