Trying to buy a house from a different state is a difficult task, and was made more difficult by doing a sale-contingent offer, but Marianne helped make it easy! She worked around our schedule and was willing to cover a significant area for showings. She had great advice on the process, and provided some good services for us to reference after closing. Overall, I am very happy to have worked with Marianne! And should I have the need in the future, will definitely be reaching out to work with her again.

Marianne and her team are absolutely amazing!! She actually helped my husband purchase the house that we just sold and has helped in buying and selling houses for several of our family members!! We made the mistake of trying to list the house ourselves but quickly realized that wasn’t for us! Marianne hopped on to help us immediately and the house had an offer within days of listing it! Being very particular customers, Marianne learned what we did and did not want and was always available to accommodate our scheduling needs. Marianne was great to work with! We were moving from out of state so her willingness to help us remotely view homes and finalize a sale was extremely helpful. There were some unfortunate personal things out of her control that kept her from being able to complete some tasks herself but she was diligent in communicating those things to us and made sure one of her team members was there to assist when she was unavailable. Very thankful for her and her teams expertise. We are loving our new property!
