Chris worked diligently to help me find a home within my price range that had everything I wanted, and more. The area I was looking to relocate to was approx. 75 miles away from Chris' office in Alpena. Chris never hesitated to make the hour + trip to show me a home. He also returned several calls and texts late into the evening and on weekends. I can't say enough about Chris' dedication to his clients.

Chris was absolutely great to work with. He made sure to make us feel that we are the most important part of the home buying process. He was very responsive and professional through the entire ordeal. Would definitely recommend him as a realtor to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Chris isn't like your normal salesman, he goes over and beyond. He makes sure you see a home that your interested in if it would be acceptable for your loan type, pays close attention to detail, isn't only available during business hours, doesn't make you feel rushed into buying, makes sure to explain something if you don't understand or are confused and much more.

Chris was incredibly responsive to me and my spouse's needs. We worked with him for about 4 months where we looked at a variety of houses before settling on one that we thought was right for us. Prior to closing Chris even arranged to have the snow removed at our new house! We would absolutely work with Chris again in the future.

Chris did a great job keeping the process of selling our home simple and efficient. I was able to DocuSign and use a notary to save from driving 2 hours to closing. Although I never met Chris in person since everything was done remotely, I felt he took the time to be personable and available to all my needs and questions.
