She sent us a weekly email with stats concerning online views and a graph of interest in the property so when it come time to adjust the price it was clear why we needed to adjust. We followed Karen’s advice and it worked out great. We had to leave the house before it sold (work transfer) and she took care of a couple of issues that came up without our even asking her to do so we would definitely use Karen again to sell our house.
