We were mostly looking to purchase a fixer-upper, so Chad patiently showed us many homes and took the time to educate us about what to look for in a home. We learned a lot about what kind of houses to pass on and how to care for our current home. When we looked at our current home we were confident about putting in an offer, largely due to Chad’s willingness to take the time to talk through the condition of the house and help us think about repair costs. Without Troy and Chad we wouldn’t have been able to get such an amazing property, especially in a competitive market!
