I found this to be absolutely true and I can not express how grateful I am to have found such a helpful guide in navigating what is currently a very competitive buyers market. He was totally understanding when we'd look through a house only for me to say at the end of an hour, "I don't want it," because as he said, you don't know what you do and do not want until you see it and as a first-time homebuyer, there's a LOT to learn. He even came and picked me up at MSU when I found myself without a vehicle and spared me hemorrhaging money in Ubers. Plus, he's way more entertaining than any Uber driver I've had :) We only did two offers. The first one we lost but it was a good learning experience. He did warn me it was a little low but I wasn't willing to go higher for that particular house. The second we won. I'm really grateful for how it all worked out because I LOVE the house we won and thanks to Tim's expertise I knew I had to go a bit above asking to be the winning bid on the house I really wanted. Now I'm writing this from the comfort of my new living room in a home with just about the most perfect location I could ask for. After the bid, he saved us a headache down the line by strongly recommending we get a sewer scope in addition to the standard inspection. It turned out that the home had a blockage only three feet down the line and we got the seller to pay the $2000 to fix the broken segment of pipe. He was also so patient with the various bumps in the road - many of my own creation - like trying to figure out if we could fix the fireplace and problem-solving closing day with a spouse working in California. Tim was proactive about making sure absolutely everything was perfect and I couldn't recommend him more to anyone looking for a strong advocate that will be patient and respectful with your anxieties and hesitations.

100% Recommend . Tim was my parents agent when they bought their first house, and again when they sold/bought another house. From the first encounter, I always knew once it was my time to buy a house I would be having Tim as our agent as well! He is very knowledgable, honest, and hard working to get what his clients are looking/asking for. He made our first time home buying experience amazing and very easy.
