Sue was amazing. Touring homes, she made sure we were aware of any changes that would need to be made, pointed out the items we wanted in a home and sent us listings before we even had a chance to search ourselves. She was punctual to every showing/filled us in if there were too many offers before we tried to schedule a showing, and was knowledgeable about the houses she hadn't been in personally before. All around helpful, and kind, she explained the process to us (as first time home buyers) and was very patient with our questions. Can't say enough nice things about her!

We were moving to MI from MN during a difficult time to buy a house.  There was not a huge inventory, and houses were selling very quickly.  Sue is very knowledgeable about the Lansing and Greater Lansing neighborhoods.  She helped us become familiar with our new home city when we came to visit for a weekend by setting up tours and available showings. She was very gracious and patient with our four children, who accompanied us during the visit, and provided them with small treats and activities to keep them occupied while we drove around.  We ultimately had to purchase a home remotely from MN, and Sue was very responsive to our inquiries and set up virtual showings so we could view homes by video.  She also acted as our eyes, ears and other senses, providing a thorough image of each house we looked at.  After we selected a home, we really appreciated her expertise in guiding us through the process of negotiation, inspection and final closing, which we also had to complete remotely.  We are very thankful for her help and support during our home buying process.
