We used Richard to sell our home in Okemos. He was very responsive to all of our questions. He knows the local market inside and out. He took care of all the repairs and details of closing. His statements were honest and to the point. I didn't feel pressured in any way. I was very impressed with his level care and service. The house sold very quickly. I highly recommend him.

Richard helped me sell my house last summer, and it was a true pleasure to work with him. Richard was fantastic to work with when buying our new house and selling our old house. He was knowledgeable about both areas and has alot of experience! Richard was always willing to respond and answer questions, even if during the evening or on the weekend. He was always willing to help all of the time. He is friendly, efficient and no nonsense. He really took ALL of the work out of buying and selling a house... he handled everything! What a great experience we had working with Richard. My husband and I have 3 little kids and both work long, odd hours for our job and he always worked around our schedules, whenever was convenient for us. Richard did an amazing job. When we were shopping for homes he met us anywhere, anytime, and with little to no notice. He did an excellent job helping us sell our home.
