Being a first time home buyer, with a pretty low budget, I figured there weren’t going to be too many options for me. But Maggie definitely proved me wrong. She’s the BEST! She would reach out to me as soon as a new home hit the market and was quick to schedule a tour. She understood that I was totally new to the house buying process and always told me what to keep in mind when looking at different houses (traffic, aging utilities, parking, etc.), things I probably wouldn’t have even considered otherwise. Maggie was absolutely fantastic! I’ve had my share of unresponsive realtors who pass me off to their associates in the past so when it was time to sell my home, I was not going to accepting of that again. As busy as I know Maggie is, I never had to worry about her leaving me in the dark or passing me off to another realtor.
