Joel was absolutely fantastic! We started the house tours in the spring and went through a couple of options until we settled on our future home in the summer. It was our first time buying a home and anything we didn't understand he explained in a way that made sense. The only part Im sad about is not being able to work with him for longer and learn more from his personal experiences and expertise :)
