Joel was our agent both for the sale of our old house and the purchase of our new one.Joel was always responsive and available to show us homes just about anytime we wanted. He was also able to provide a lot of good information and knowledge when walking through houses, pointing out potential issues we might encounter. This isn’t necessarily a part of the home buying experience but whenever we came from out of town to look at a house, he was able to give us a good restaurant suggestion!All in all our home buying/selling process took almost a year due to our desire to find the perfect home. Joel was very patient with us the entire time, and helped us feel a lot better about the entire process.When we found a buyer for our house and had our offer accepted on our new house, the closing procedures and time leading up to it couldn’t have been easier or more smooth.If we need to buy/sell in the Lansing area again, Joel will be the first person we call.

Joel was an incredible realtor - he was recommended by a close friend and did an incredible job. We were first time homebuyers and were full of nerves and Joel made me and my husband feel calm and supported. He is knowledgeable, patient, kind, and had a good sense of humor. Joel was a pro. He provided clear insight and opinions into the homes. He directed us toward understanding pros/cons for the homes. He stayed organized and on point with making sure the paperwork was completed in a timely manner for all parties involved.

We used Joel both to buy a house in 2018 as well as sell the same house in 2022. He was knowledgeable, responsive and patient. When buying, we looked at a large number of homes. Joel never made us feel like we were dragging the process out too long. When selling, we were doing so remotely as we had moved a day's drive away.
