Christian did a wonderful job selling my home and helped with a purchase of a new home..with knowledge with the greater lansing market he was able to provide a reasonable selling price to my home which was sold in 3 days! He took his time going over all the paperwork that prepared me and included me in the process every step of the way, he was only a phone call away and very responsive and flexible with scheduling around my schedule. With purchasing my home his negotiating skills got me into my new house with my first offer being accepted. Him and his team worked so well with title company making calls to keep the process moving. With his network of contacts he put me in contact with the best inspector group and financing team, I would 110% recommend Christian and his team for any real estate needs
