Chad and Troy are great! They both assisted with the Purchasing/Selling of my first two homes. Buying a home while selling one at the same time can be stressful, but Chad and Troy were with me every step of the way and made the process so easy and stress-free. They have helped me throughout the years make some really great purchases and will continue to use them down the road. I highly recommend this team!

Just purchased our first home, we were pretty picky about what we were looking for so it room a while. Got to work with both Chad and Caleb and had great experiences with both. Chad is super knowledgeable and was always willing to answer questions or try to get to new viewings. Caleb is newer but was very eager and was seeking to better himself the whole time as well. Caleb worked us through the buying and closing processes and everything went smoothly overall despite a slightly complicated situation the house was in. Overall we were super happy with the whole thing and so glad that now that we have our home, we don’t have to do it again for a long time!

Troy and Chad make a fantastic team. Chad has been in many different aspects of home buying, selling, and renovating, so he was able to guide us on houses that would not be worth our time until we found a house that fit our family and budget. Troy has been helping us to get our house ready to go on the market and I'm sure he will be of great help to us when the time comes as he's already been so helpful and personable. After our first meeting, he noticed us in a parking lot and said hi and asked us how our house hunt was going. I'm not a person who can keep faces straight, so that was such a huge deal to be recognized after just one meeting.

I have worked with Chad twice and will definitely work with him again if and when we are looking for a new home. The first time, I was a first-time home buyer, and he was patient with me, explained things so well, and made me feel very confident about buying my home. He made it a wonderful experience. I have enthusiastically referred him to friends and family, and will continue to do so in the future. I also worked with Troy to sell our last home. He was also wonderful to work with. They make an amazing team!

We learned a lot about what kind of houses to pass on and how to care for our current home. When we looked at our current home we were confident about putting in an offer, largely due to Chad’s willingness to take the time to talk through the condition of the house and help us think about repair costs. Without Troy and Chad we wouldn’t have been able to get such an amazing property, especially in a competitive market!
