This is the 2nd time I have worked with Will. He has helped me both buy and sell a home. I can't even begin to express how easy he made every step of this process. I recommend him as often as I can. He has certainly earned my loyalty. I would give him more than 5 stars if I could!!

We worked with Will twice. He helped us to buy our first home in 2015, and he helped us again in 2022 when we sold that house. Both times he went above and beyond to make the whole home buying, and selling process smooth, easy, and as stress-free as possible. When we bought our house, he provided us will excellent knowledge and information on what to look for, and look out for. He is always responsive. And he helped to get us a great deal on our home. When we sold our house in 2022, he brought in experts to help us stage the house, get photos taken, and get the house sold quickly. He negotiated on our behalf, and got us more for our home than we had hoped for. Finally, when we moved in 2022, we moved out of state. Will vetted agents in the area we were moving to, and set us up with a great agent. We actually didn't use the agent he referred us to at first, because we were also referred to someone by my wife's employer. Unfortunately, that relationship was not a good fit. We ended up going back to the agent will initially referred us to, and it was an excellent fit, and we actually had our offer accepted on a new home yesterday, with her assistance. We are forever thankful for all the help that will has given us over the years. He is definitely a top tier professional. We cannot recommend him enough, or give him high enough praise.
