I recently worked with Cheryl Cox during a very stressful time in my life. I had just become my father’s POA after some health struggles and needed to turn around and sell his second home quickly due to the situation. After approaching three different realtors about the specific attention and protocol this sale would take, I was left high and dry. And that’s when Cheryl swooped in. We were on a time crunch, and literally ten minutes after I talked to her, she put on her boots and drove to the property do the market analysis and got the comps to me within 24 hours. From there, Cheryl was on top of things every day. Not only was her communication consistent, but she helped us understand every step, as I was unfamiliar with the selling process. Throughout she was always personable and cheerful, willing to take the extra steps to communicate with my father and lawyer. She also went above and beyond helping us with permit-issues. Cheryl was a pleasure to work with, took the stress out of the situation, and helped us get more than asking for our property. I would highly recommend working with her.

Cheryl is absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to help our family find the perfect home. We moved to Michigan from out of state and she made the entire processes smooth and as stress free as possible. Cheryl's knowledge of the local area, ability to point out details that piqued my interests and likes, and capability to walk through a house and point out key details that are invaluable when making a quick decision are all what make her very successful and helpful through out my house hunting process. Her flexibility to assist and perform virtual tours when I am more then 4hrs away was very helpful as well. Cheryl is amazing! She is quick to respond. She is super prepared—-brought flashlight, tarp, and blankets for my husband to look at crawl spaces. She is knowledgeable and helpful. She is able to be professional, but still friendly and engaging. I have recommend her to several of my friends! She is a realtor who is really working for you and with you.

Cheryl was the listing agent for the first property we looked at when we started house-hunting. We didn't have an agent, yet, so we contacted her for a showing. Our first impressions were great and Google reviews confirmed that. Cheryl covers a vast portion of the central & eastern U.P. This greatly simplified our search as we didn't have to deal with multiple realtors to line-up showings, plus Cheryl would schedule showings in an efficient manner to minimize trips. She showed us numerous properties during our search. She was very patient (even when we changed our mind twice within 30 minutes)! Cheryl was friendly, professional, organized, knowledgeable, and very observant when viewing a property. She came prepared for anything from snowstorms, to bugs, to swamps! She always responded to our requests and questions in a timely manner. We listed a parcel of land with Cheryl. She came out and walked the property with us. Took many good pictures. That was just the easy part! Then she advertised it and kept it on the radar.
