    when I bought my first home I didn't know Howard and Denise. I simply called him up (it was his listing) and decided after meeting with him I would continue with the sale. After that purchase I knew Howard would be a part of my future plans. Fast forward to 2016 and my wife and I were in the market for a new home. Who did I call? You've got it right! Howard and Denise do not push you into anything your uncomfortable with, and while viewing jokes they don't push you, they let you look at your own pace and will answer any questions. Best of all, they don't care if it's one of there own listings or not. They showed us every house we were interested in and gave us the most honest feedback and really made us feel right at home with our new purchase. I would call up Howard and Denise again and again for all my future home purchases and recommend that everyone do the same.

    My Fiance and I call Howard and Denise our 'dynamic duo'! They are the absolute best! They were recommended to us by my Mom and Brother who had the same wonderful experience. Howard and Denise put our condo up for sale on a Monday and right away we had 3 people look at it from the great advertising! By the 3rd person, our condo sold! Since that day, Howard has been super to deal with! He is very informative and caring. He calls to check on us and makes any paper signing go so smooth. He explains everything and walks us through some unfamiliar terrritory. :) All those qualities are a must! We are so thankful for our 'dynamic duo' and the fine work they did for us.
