Wendy helped us buy our home in 2006, and has shown us homes for sale a number of times since then. Although we decided to stay in our home, Wendy has always given us great advice and promptly gotten us into any home we were interested in seeing. She is a true professional, and one who cares about her clients happiness.

I could go on about my experience with Wendy for days. Her personality made the process so much fun and her knowledge made it so easy. Her negotiation skills are amazing. She listened to what I wanted and got even more. She genuinely cares for her clients and made sure I got a great deal. I used her recommendations for our mortgage, home inspection and pest inspection and I couldnt be happier. They were all just as professional, friendly and honest as Wendy.

In some ways, this is rather difficult. To begin, she sold my prior house (in 3 days) and handled the purchase of my current home. A couple of years ago we toyed with the idea of moving and even though she told us we were forbidden to move she found a number of properties to look at. Wendy always has command of all aspects of real estate, she takes charge and gets the job done. I trust her advice and insight without hesitation. Many people will only see her professional side. Since I bought the house directly across the street from her, I get to see her personal side. There is pretty much no difference between the professional and the personal. In short, I have a great realtor, a great neighbor and a great friend. That is hardly ever guaranteed in the fine print.

Wendy has a first hand knowledge of the area around South Haven. She has demonstrated this on several occasions both during our purchase back in 2012 and since. Wendy is very easy to work with and has been very helpful before, during and after the purchase. She also keeps her clients informed with helpful information in a monthly newsletter sent via email. She does NOT SPAM you though.

We used Wendy to purchase our home! She was so professional and a pleasure to work with. She kept up informed thoughout the process and went to bat for us on all levels. We enjoyed the home buyer expereince and it had all to do with Wendy!
