I always enjoy dining at the Fenton Firehall in downtown. Their menu is a delightful fusion of BBQ classics and famous mac 'n' cheese, all meticulously prepared and flavorful. It also has an impressive selection of over 40 beers on tap. The rooftop lounge adds an extra charm, providing an enjoyable time with a great view!

As a "transplant" to the city of Fenton about 15 years ago, I have watched this small town and the area called "Dibbleville" transform. The once beautiful but tired old buildings have been restored, renewed, and brought back to life. People are walking around our beautiful town where, once upon a time, you only saw this kind of activity when a small group would gather at the gazebo to photograph a special event.

Parades have always brought us together, but the stay in town was short. Now, new shops, services, and restaurants are welcoming our friends and neighbors. People, young and old alike, are meeting their friends, enjoying ice cream, taking a stroll or a run along the street, or just hanging out together by the river. One thing that hasn't changed, people say "hi" or smile as they pass each other along the way. Can't beat this small town!

The city is growing leaps and bounds with the addition of the Cornerstone Building (with three floors of condos), Sawyers Jewelry and a salon. A few of my favorite places to share a meal or coffee with friends in Fenton are The Laundry, Sagebrush Cantina, The Fire Hall, Crust, Lucky's. Johnnies Pizzeria and Fenton Deli. Whether you are hungry for a one of a kind sandwich, fabulous burrito, chef's special, steak, coffee and pastries, or pizza you will find it in Fenton. My favorite: nachos at Sagebrush! Well, Fenton has stepped it up a bit and we now have a very up to date place to eat and hangout. There has not been one bad remark about this restaurant I think the community as a whole is very excited to see a restaurant like this show up in our area. The Fire Hall features a lounge area, an open kitchen and main bar, roof top dining with a retractable glass roof and seating at the bar and kitchen. Their business is booming now and we can only imagine what a great place it will be to hang out in the summer. This is quite the place to see as they spent approximately $1.6 million on revamping what was Fenton's actual "fire hall." Whether you are in the area or not, this is worth the drive to come see and the food is amazing!!! Very thrilled to have this is in the city of Fenton.
