In addition to doing all the things required by his profession, Don has gone 'above and beyond' to help me -- an absentee seller. On occasion he has organized and supervised maintenance that I was unable to do; he has gathered necessary data from the property (meter reading) that I was unable to do; and he has, in general, kept an eye on things. Don has been a great help and it has been a pleasure working with him.

My husband and I have previously sold several homes. This experience, including Don's knowledge, marketing efforts, and results, was far superior. We didn't have an agent to by our home and Don represented the seller. He worked well with us and always had the best interest of the seller but helped us. There were a few minor issues and he did a good job.
