Stay away if you are the little guy buying a house. Will definitely stay local and go to a smaller agency next time. Just wonder if I would have received the same fight if I were purchasing a 350k house in Dewitt or Grand Ledge. 1. Do not let them pressure you into an escalation clause. 2. Then I got pawned off. Could it be that I wasn’t buying a house in the suburbs or in a sub division. Maybe, maybe not. I asked if could back out your people told me that I could be sued for the price of the home for breach of contract. My trust is in you and your staff. You are the professionals. We come to you because we need your help. So take some accountability. Treat all clients the same whether they buy in Lansing or in Dewitt.
